A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. We accept credit or debit cards, traveler’s checks, and cash at check-out. Please note we are unable to accept personal checks or cash deposits for incidentals.
Dogs are welcome at The Atlas. While dogs are the only pets permitted, there are no weight or height restrictions. Each room can accommodate up to two dogs. A $100 cleaning fee applies per stay, for three-night stays or less. Each additional night is $25. For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms. Let us know in advance at [email protected] so we can help make your stay as smooth as possible.
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m., local Boston time.
No. The Atlas is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in any guestroom or public space. A cleaning fee of $500 will be applied to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
At check-in, your card will be authorized for the full stay plus $100 per night for incidentals. Any unused funds will be released after check-out. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take up to 30 days for the hold to clear.
Absolutely. The Atlas welcomes guests of all ages. If you require connecting rooms or have specific needs for your family’s stay, please let us know during booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Guests may modify or cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to one night’s room and tax.
Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in for all guests. You must be 21 or over to reserve a guest room.
Yes. The hotel offers six pairs of traditional connecting rooms, as well as eight lock-off pairs that share a private entry vestibule while maintaining individual room entrances.
Yes. The Atlas features 13 accessible guestrooms. Options include King rooms, Double-Queen layouts, and select suites.
