A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. We accept credit or debit cards, traveler’s checks, and cash at check-out. Please note we are unable to accept personal checks or cash deposits for incidentals.

Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in for all guests. You must be 21 or over to reserve a guest room.

At check-in, your card will be authorized for the full stay plus $100 per night for incidentals. Any unused funds will be released after check-out. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take up to 30 days for the hold to clear.

No. The Atlas is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in any guestroom or public space. A cleaning fee of $500 will be applied to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Guests may modify or cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to one night’s room and tax.

Absolutely. The Atlas welcomes guests of all ages. If you require connecting rooms or have specific needs for your family’s stay, please let us know during booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Dogs are welcome at The Atlas. While dogs are the only pets permitted, there are no weight or height restrictions. Each room can accommodate up to two dogs. A $100 cleaning fee applies per stay, for three-night stays or less. Each additional night is $25. For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms. Yes. The Atlas hotel is pet friendly and provides a few amenities specifically for guests traveling with dogs. Including food and water bowls and dog parks within walking distance.

While the hotel does not have a dedicated business center, guests may utilize the living room lobby and additional public work/lounge space throughout the Enterprise Research Campus. The living room lobby offers dedicated high speed Wi-Fi, power connection and desk space with comfortable and diverse seating options. Printing and other services are available by contacting the Front Desk.

The Atlas hotel has a fully-equipped, 1600 square-foot fitness center on the hotel’s 6th floor, featuring a complete line of Life Fitness strength training equipment, a Hammer Strength rack with Rogue Olympic-style weights, and a wide selection of training accessories fit for personal training, including HIIT ropes, medicine balls and more. The fitness center is open 24 hours and offers hotel guests complimentary snacks and refreshments.

No. The Atlas hotel does not have a pool.
